RideNova Business
MOVE YOUR BUSINESS FORWARD.
RideNova Business puts every ride your company pays for on one account — booked by the people who travel, inside rules set by the people who sign for it.
In development ahead of launch — nothing on this page is bookable yet.
- One account
- Every ride the company pays for is booked in one place, by the people who actually travel.
- Rules before dispatch
- Limits and approvals are checked when a ride is requested, not discovered on a claim form later.
- One statement
- Trips settle to a single company statement, exportable line by line for the period.
Who it is for
BUILT FOR HOW TEAMS TRAVEL.
Three patterns cover nearly everything a company books: the ride someone takes to work, the ride someone else takes on your invitation, and the ride a whole group takes at once. One account handles all three the same way.
Employee commutes
Home-to-office travel booked on the company account, inside the hours, tiers and per-trip caps each team is given.
- Recurring weekday travel
- Late-shift rides home
- Multi-site campuses
Client & guest travel
Send a ride to somebody who is not on your payroll — a client, a candidate, a visitor — without asking them to pay and claim it back.
- Airport pickups
- Interview and visitor travel
- Booked for someone else
Events and offsites
Move a group to one place inside a defined window, with every trip carrying the same code so the whole event reconciles as one line.
- Venue and conference transfers
- Team offsites
- One code per event

Administration
CONTROLS THAT FINANCE TEAMS ASK FOR.
Not a policy document — five mechanisms, each doing its work at the moment a ride is requested rather than at the end of the month.
- 01Centralized billing
- Rides taken on the company account settle to one statement for the period. A rider never pays at the point of travel and never files a reimbursement for a booked trip.
- 02Policy limits
- Each team carries its own rules — which ride tiers may be booked, which hours they apply to, and a cap per trip. The rules are evaluated at request time, so an out-of-policy trip is caught before a car is assigned.
- 03Cost centres
- A booking is tagged to a department, project or client code when it is made, so the statement arrives already split the way finance splits it, with no month-end reconstruction.
- 04Expense export
- Line-item CSV and PDF statements carrying date, rider, route, ride tier, cost centre and amount, downloadable for any period you choose.
- 05Approval flows
- A request that falls outside its team’s rules routes to a named approver and holds there until it is approved or declined. Nothing dispatches in between.
Each control described above is being built ahead of launch. None of it is running for customers today.
Side by side
INDIVIDUAL AND BUSINESS.
The same rides, the same tiers. What changes is who the trip is billed to, what has to be true before it starts, and what finance receives afterwards.
RideNova Business is in development. The Business column describes the account planned at launch, not a service operating today, and the table compares capabilities only — no prices, plans or fees are shown or implied.
Early conversations
TALK TO US BEFORE LAUNCH.
If your teams already travel on expense claims, we want to hear how that works today — which trips get booked, who approves them, and where the receipts end up. Those conversations decide what we build first.
Useful to include
- Where your teams travel, and how often
- Roughly how many people would need access
- The approval and cost-code structure you already use
We reply to the address you leave with us. RideNova Business is pre-launch, so nothing described on this page can be booked yet.

READY TO MOVE?
Your city is waiting.
Set your destination, see the fare before you confirm, and follow the car from the moment it turns your way.
- For riders
- Practical choices, transparent journeys and simple booking — bikes, autos and cabs in one account.
- For drivers
- A platform built around better economics and support: a flat plan instead of a cut of every fare.
RideNova has not launched yet. Availability opens one city at a time — Hyderabad is marked “Coming soon”, and it is the only city we are naming.
