Beyond the SOS Button
We believe that a safe ride app in India requires more than just a reactive SOS button. From our foundation in February 2026, we've invested heavily in proactive verification technology.
The Verified Driver Program
Every driver partner on the RideNova Driver platform goes through our Verified Driver protocol. This isn't just a background check; it's a continuous safety loop.
- Facial Recognition: Random biometric checks ensure the registered driver is the one behind the wheel.
- Telematics Monitoring: Real-time tracking of harsh braking and speeding to ensure a smooth ride.
- 24/7 Command Center: An active support team monitoring ride anomalies in real-time.
Data Privacy
Your data is yours. The RideNova passenger app uses number masking so your private phone number is never exposed to the driver, ensuring complete privacy before, during, and after your trip.
